sequence for multidimensional indexing is deprecated; use `arr[tuple(seq)]`
instead of `arr[seq]`. In the future this will be interpreted as an array
index, `arr[np.array(seq)]`, which will result either in an error or a
different result.

An error occurred in drawing the scene. Redrawing graphics is now stopped to
avoid a continuous stream of error messages. To restart graphics use the
command "graphics restart" after changing the settings that caused the error.

Fixed in 1.5 and daily builds.
Segger menu Regions / Color Density Map never worked in ChimeraX for image style rendering because of changes in how mask colors were computed per plane. I guess no one uses this.
