Description

We might consider hosting documentation on GitHub Pages or ReadTheDocs so that it can be versioned without us having to set up a script to do the versioning for us on Plato.

Doing a full single-threaded build on my mac takes just under 11 minutes, but building only the binary bundles, bundle builder, and toolshed utils takes 81 seconds rounded up.

Developer docs are now online. Experimenting in a hidden branch with how to get all documentation on rtd (user included)
