Description

findclash is needed by RINalyzer. Now that hbond is available, findclash might actually be implementable.

Maybe rename to "contacts". Negotiate with TomG.

Perhaps have two commands: "contacts" and "clashes"?

Status: accepted → closed

Implemented as "clashes" and "contacts" commands, though "contacts" still conflicts with Tom Goddard's command of the same name. Will need to resolve that in the next few days.
