Problem with Shell when incorrect Python executed

Description
An error in the Python shell shows Log panel output with escape sequences.

And separately the Shell gives an error about InProcessKernel._abort_queues that is not related to the real error.

These problems were probably introduced by updating PyPi packages.

Just FYI:

I opened a shell, imported the logging module, then ran

logging.Logger.manager.loggerDict

to see the list of loggers. After disabling the ipykernel.inprocess.ipkernel logger errors stopped going to my ChimeraX log.

When Zach revamped logging, he set up Python logging module output to also go to the Log. As per #3383, we don't want Python logging output going to the Log. So I have removed the code that does that from core/main.py. That change does stop the Shell error prompt output from appearing in the Log.

The separate InProcessKernel._abort_queues problem is still there.
