Description
I'm trying to open the .poc file from CASTp but keep getting an Unrecognized file suffix '.poc' error. From what I've gathered online, I should be able to open the file but it doesn't.
I'm using chimera version 1.2 (2021-05-24) on a mac v 10.15.7

Hi Andrea,

Chimera and ChimeraX are different programs. Chimera has the capability to fetch CASTp IDs or read .poc files (​https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/current/docs/UsersGuide/filetypes.html). ChimeraX does not have that builtin capability, but there is a ChimeraX "recipe" providing guidance on reading a .poc file (​https://rbvi.github.io/chimerax-recipes/castp/castp.html). You submitted this report using ChimeraX.
I will add you to the recipient list for the ticket we already have open for directly reading CASTp information in ChimeraX.
