I also tried this after finding H-bonds to see if they got colored too, but only the other pbonds in the same model as the selected one get colored.

Status: assigned → closed

Fixed.

Problem was that the selection includes the pseudobond group if any of its pseudobonds are selected -- so the color command colored the entire group.
