Description

Example:

open 1zik
struts @ca
sel pbonds

(or: sel @ca)

...the pbonds don't look selected. However, if you hide ribbon, then they look selected, and remain so if you show ribbon again. As I understand it, the select command should select them and they should look selected initially.

Just to be explicit, intra-model pbonds don't have this issue. E.g.

open 2gbp
focus ions
sel pbonds

Status: assigned → closed

Fixed.

Global pseudobond groups didn't know when the atoms connected to their pseudobonds became selected or unselected, so they were not showing the green outline.
