It took forever to figure out how to create a segmentation, and to my surprise ChimeraX opened it without complaint.
Unfortunately it's not aligned to the rest of the data set.

Honestly, not every DICOM dataset is well formed, and this ticket was opened by an experiment I tried. If some professional user comes with a case of their current, brand new DICOM not being interpreted properly, that's one thing.
