Description
Attempting to install Clipper using Toolshed is proving difficult. Download falls over using Tools>More Tools option, while issuing 'toolshed install Clipper' yields the following error:

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly on this.
I'm not sure why, but the GUI browser was also stalling installation (blue download progress bar just hangs half way).
However, closing and reopening ChimeraX seemed to do the trick, and the GUI browser option then worked.

the install via the GUI browser (Tools/More Tools) it should work
correctly.
By the way, unless you're doing something special you shouldn't generally
need to install Clipper separately - it will be automatically installed
when you install ISOLDE.
