"close" fails to close models in certain situations

Description

With 1nwd open (NMR ensemble with metal coordination groups), "close #1 & ~ #1.5" fails to close anything. Somewhat surprisingly, "sel #1 & ~ #1.5" followed by "close sel" works as one would expect.

Objects.invert() was failing to account for pseudobond groups.
