Description

According to the MUSCLE website <​https://drive5.com/muscle/>, version 5 is much better than previous versions. We have 3.8.31 as available from <​https://drive5.com/muscle/downloads_v3.htm> but analogous downloads are available for 5.1 (Jan 2022) from <​https://github.com/rcedgar/muscle/releases/tag/v5.1>

However I understand it may be nontrivial since command options/flags have likely changed, so feel free to change priority as appropriate.
