SSL error fetching from PDB on Windows

Fetching any PDB (1a0m) fails on Windows 7 (vizvault boxx machine) with an SSL error "certificate verify failed", June 13, 2017 ChimeraX build.

Might be the same bug as chimera's ​http://plato.cgl.ucsf.edu/trac/chimera/ticket/15623.

The same error occurs on Windows 10 on the vizvault VR machine vive.cgl.ucsf.edu in both ChimeraX (June 21, 2017 daily build) and Chimera 1.11.2.

And the same error is reported in Chimera 1 Trac three times for Linux (Ubuntu 17.04), first reported June 1, 2017.

The RCSB current certificate for ​https://www.rcsb.org has valid dates May 17, 2017 - May 17, 2018. So the problem may have started with their new certificate.
