Hi Benjamin,

Thanks for reporting this problem. Unfortunately the information in the report doesn't really give us much to go on. Do you remember what you were doing when the crash occurred? Also, you might consider upgrading to the ChimeraX 1.4 release, which automatically includes considerably more information in bug reports.

I’ll try updating! I was working with match making and h bonds on 3
different structures

And there have been many bug fixes and improvements since the 1.2.5 release, so it's very possible that your problem will simply be fixed by upgrading.
