Clip caps on drawings which are not models don't update

Description
When I enable clip caps on ribbons and atoms with some Python shell voodoo the caps appear but don't update when I move the clip plane.

Fixed.
The non-model clip caps had the wrong clip plane name assigned causing them to be constantly deleted as soon as they were made because they did not appear to be for a current clip plane.
