Fixed.
The C++ bin_counts() code was filling an in32 array that was overflowing. I added a bin_counts_float64() C++ routine that fills a floating point 64-bit array to avoid the overflow. Would have been nicer to use an int64 array since the counts are integers but the ChimeraX Python to C++ numpy array routines (pythonarray.h) does not support 64-bit integers.
