Appears a PDB file was clicked in the file history and an OpenGL error occurred drawing the status line. Unclear how this can happen. The OpenGL context was made current a few lines before the error but then OpenGL fails. This looks like either a Qt window toolkit problem where it didn't really make the context current, or an OpenGL driver problem.
