Empty "Update Bundles" dialog appears at ChimeraX startup when toolshed is checked but there are no updates available.

I found the query for newer versions in the logs, both on 05/May/2022:10:51:39 -0700 and 12/May/2022:12:00:49 -0700. Ran the query by hand, and get an empty list back. In each case, the ChimeraX version doing the check was the daily build from 2022/04/21 07:13. On the receiving end, the code skips displaying the dialog if there are no newer versions. There have been no changes to this part of ChimeraX since 21 January 2022, and we're not seeing this error on other platforms, so I can't explain this (yet).

I've definitely gotten it in newer daily builds.  In fact, If I go to my preferences dir and delete the toolshed_last_check and newer_last_check lines from chimerax.core-1, then start the daily build, I get the blank "Update Bundles" dialog.

At Elaine's behest, I went and deleted those lines from chimerax.core-1 and the Updates dialog showed an update for XMAS. I installed that update, and then deleted those lines once again, and no Updates dialog appeared.

I don't have the problem in today's daily build running on my older laptop with Catalina (10.15.7).  Haven't retried on the laptop with newer OS yet... if that could possibly matter.

Now on the Mac Monterey laptop (12.3.1), I do not get the problem in the current daily build, but I do get it in the current release candidate.  Procedure: go to preferences directory, delete 2 lines pertaining to last-check dates from chimerax.core-1, start up program.

The problem is that the NIHPresets wheel name given to help_viewer.tool._compatible() is ChimeraX_NIHPresets-1.0.5-py3-none-any_zkX2fNt.whl, which fails all the checks. Certainly that was not the name of the wheel that I uploaded to the Toolshed, which was ChimeraX_NIHPresets-1.0.5-py3-none-any.whl.

Only the newer toolshed_last_check needs to be removed from chimerax.core-1 to reproduce the problem.

The updates dialog is automatically triggered when there are newer versions of bundles on the toolshed. But it does more filtering, so only the new bundles that are actually compatible with the current system are shown. So the list of updated bundles could end up being empty. So now, when the dialog is automatically triggered, it will close itself if there is nothing to show.
