ChimeraX gave an OpenGL graphics error. It also reported something about being confused about the display pixel resolution whether it was a retina display or not.

Did you have an external display plugged in and then disconnect it?

In any case this is a bug in the Qt window toolkit used by ChimeraX. The current ChimeraX daily builds use Qt 6 versus older builds which use Qt 5. So it might be fixed in the daily builds, if you encounter this error more than once.
