Zoom AlphaFold PAE plot

A user at Phil's PAE talk asked about zooming the AlphaFold PAE plot to better see the coloring for specific residue interactions.

I am not sure how useful this will be because a zoomed in region say 20x20 corresponds to the interactions between one 20 amino acid segment and another 20 amino acid segment and that isn't a very natural subset to look at. It is more interesting to I think to choose a subset of interest on the 3D structure rather than on the 2D plot, and transfer colors to the structure, for example by showing colored pseudobonds as in ticket #6621.
