In AlphaFold PAE plot show multimer chain boundaries

Description
When an AlphaFold PAE plot is for more than one chains the residues of the chains are concatenated. Would be good to draw horizontal and vertical lines on the plot to indicate the boundaries of chains.
The JSON PAE files don't list the chains or how many residues are in each chain, so that information will have to come from elsewhere.
