Description
The clip mode shift modifier doesn't work because right shift is bound to a mouse mode (set pivot atom) and that overrides the clip mode bound to the right button. Have to use command "mouse shift right none" to remedy this.
Maybe enabling clip should replace right shift and right alt instead of just binding the right button.

I removed the default mouse binding of shift+right = set pivot. Mouse modes should be able to use the shift key modifier for their own purposes, so nothing she be bound to shift+right by default since that prevents any other mouse mode from using shift.
