Description
This is an idea rather than a demand.... maybe the click-to-execute links in the Log should show text on mouseover with short description of what will happen.
For example:
(1) "generate assembly" in mmCIF assemblies table
(2) "show sequence" in chain ID links
I don't know if it works in the Log, but it works in the ChimeraX browser (for example, show User Guide, mouse over Chimera-home icon).
However, it might be annoying to some, and perhaps too much trouble to make it a preference, so this is just an idea. Prioritize/reassign as appropriate.
