Windows fatal exception: code 0x800706ba. No crash

Description
Here is an example of the faulthandler crash log generated on Windows after 30 minutes of using the Open file dialog.  It lists 3 different fatal errors.  But ChimeraX did not crash and all worked correctly.  I attach the faulthandler error file.

Attached an example of faulthandler fatal errors on Windows when showing the Open file dialog that in fact are not fatal.

These are harmless but we have many other crash reports that include lots of "fatal" errors involving the open dialog. Trying to figure out if those are caused by the open dialog.

It looks like the actual crashes associated with the Open dialog and faulthandler have been fixed by updating Python to 3.9.11 and were a thread safety bug in faulthandler.
