Toolshed offers Install button for ISOLDE when dependencies not met

Description
The Toolshed offers to install ISOLDE in ChimeraX 1.4 even though it is incompatible with this ChimeraX because it needs AtomicLibrary~=4.2 but the ChimeraX 1.4 daily has AtomicLibrary version 6.1.  It then gives an error trying to install it which is confusing.

Does Toolshed not check if dependencies are available?  If not,  then Tristan should probably be requiring exactly ChimeraX 1.3 until Toolshed can do a better job.

Will try to keep that in mind in future. Problem in that case was that I built against one of the late release candidates, so the required ChimeraX version is (~=1.3rc202112010000). Not sure how to make the ~= operator specify 1.3.x in this situation... but guess I could have done (>=1.3rc202112010000, <1.4). Will keep that in mind for next time.
