Say Windows 11 supported on Download page

Description

We should say that ChimeraX is supported on Windows 11 on the download page. Currently it only mentions Windows 10.

Why don't we just say 'Windows' and then leave the platform support to the notes section? Or possibly it's OK to leave it as Windows 10 -- my understanding of Windows programs is that they are (barring long dead ISAs like 8 bit) for the most part forwards compatible if not necessarily backwards compatible.

The download page lists the minimum operating system version in the "Operating System" column.  This is important.  We don't support Windows 7.  If we just said "Windows" with no version and the user had to look somewhere other than that first column we would have more people filing bug reports on Windows 7 (currently we get about 1 per month).

In the Notes column of the download table we list the newer versions of the operating system that are supported, so that should say Windows 10 and Windows 11.  And it does say that.  So it seems this ticket has already been solved.  I see it says Windows 10 and Windows 11 for the daily build.  It only says Windows 10 for ChimeraX 1.3 and it should probably say Windows 10 and Windows 11 for ChimeraX 1.3 as well.  But we are so close to ChimeraX 1.4 it is probably not worth changing.
