Looks like your Chimera map file (.cmap) has a rare option (rotation axis and angle) and the code to handle that is trying to use some obsolete Chimera routine. Few *.cmap files have this problem (I read and write that format often). Will be easy to fix.

Fixed.

Reading .cmap file failed if it had a non-zero rotation angle in the header.
