The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
Setting the working directory as a menu command seems to work, but entering the same command on the command line ("cd "C:\Users/hughson/Documents/Manuscripts/2022 Port/Chimera") does not. In all cases the Log indicates that the current working directory was set as I intended.

Sorry if this is trivial - new user. (It's my excuse and I'm sticking with it!)

I am not finding any difference between using the menu and using the command. Perhaps you could describe what works differently between the two for you?

Hi Eric,

Now I can't seem to reproduce it myself! Conceivably it has something to do with having rebooted my computer??
