Description
Hello,I'm a student of Zhejiang University in China. When I select clip,I found that the function of clip has some problems. I'm sorry,I can't describe this issue in words.Just show my picture when I want to use clip: Although I download ChimeraX again, this issue still exist. Therefore, I have no choice but to ask for your help. I guess maybe some parameters are incorrect, and I need to run the modified command to ChimeraX. I'm looking forward to your reply. Sincerely,Shuman Peng.

Not sure if this is a bug or a chimerax-users question.

The image you sent appears to be an atomic model with a surface colored by hydrophobicity (blue and yellow), clipped, but with horrible image quality. My guess is that the poor image is a defect of your computer's graphics driver. Updating the graphics driver may fix it. Saving a ChimeraX session (*.cxs) file and trying it on another computer is another solution.
If you want us to look further at it you could provide us a ChimeraX session file. You could save the session, then use ChimeraX menu entry Help / Report a Bug... and attach that session file to the bug report. This would also tell us what operating system, graphics driver, and ChimeraX version you are using.
