Hi Jorge,
It would be nice to be able to add additional sequence databases for the alphafold prediction. That is what as the discoba_alphafold github project does, and also it uses mmseqs2 for the sequence search which is something I have wanted to try in ChimeraX. I have a lot of improvements I am trying to make and I think handling additional databases won't happen soon because more basic problems like running longer sequences or handling errors well have higher priority. I appreciate your suggestion and pointing me to the discoba project and will think more about it.
Tom
