When generating figures of MRC files on macOS Monteney,  black outlines are visible on the image.

Unfortunately the graphics drivers on your exact model of Mac laptop (MacBookPro16,2) are buggy causing incorrect rendering. We have seen this reported several times over the past year, always on this exact laptop model. Only Apple could fix this and they are not interested. So I can only suggest not using silhouette edges. Or save the session (*.cxs file) for your figure and copy the session file to a different computer that will render the graphics correctly.
