ChimeraX won't start on pre-installed Windows 11

Description 

Hello,

When I installed ChimeraX 1.0 on Win 10 (old computer) and then upgraded
the system to Win 11, ChimeraX 1.0 started fine. But, when I install
ChimeraX 1.0 (or 1.3) on a new computer that comes with Win 11, ChimeraX
won't start. Since I prefer ChimeraX over regular Chimera, is there any way
to get ChimeraX running on the new computer? Thank you.

We tested ChimeraX 1.3 on Windows 11 (two different machines) and it worked correctly.
