ChimeraX startup failure due to a Qt bug

Could not find virtual screen for QCocoaScreen(0x7fe7bce1f5a0,
"DELL P2717H", QRect(0,0 1920x1080), dpr=1, displayId=722472217, <NSScreen:
0x7fe7bce195c0>) with displayId 722472217

This MacBookPro is using an external display and not using the laptop display (lid closed). I recall reading that display-link connected displays have some trouble with Qt on Mac leading to this error. Solution had something to do with installing DisplayLink drivers on the Mac. Maybe Qt 6 fixes this. More details are in an earlier ChimeraX bug report, search for QCocoaScreen to find it.
