Description

Have ChimeraX AlphaFold prediction google colab script check that the correct AlphaFold version is installed. Currently it checks if alphafold can be imported but not if it is the correct version.

Bing Xu reported an AlphaFold predict error caused by running ChimeraX 1.3 alphafold predict which installed an older AlphaFold followed by running ChimeraX 1.4 alphafold predict which then tried to used the old AlphaFold for predicting complex.
