cant open chimerax

Description 

hi i just downloaded chimerax 1.3 to my computer running windows 7 and i get an error message trying to open the program
"The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-path-11-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

is there a solution to this problem?

Hi Gustav,

I'm sorry, but ChimeraX is not supported on Windows 7.
