Description
Phil Cruz wants this for helping make suitable atomic model displays for 3D printing. Uses Chimera to do this because ChimeraX can only set atom radius to a specified value rather than increment/decrement.

The command now accepts +/- deltas in addition to absolute amounts

I am going to need this command for NIH3D presets, so I was going to implement it by having the various numeric arguments to "size" be increments/decrements if they were explicitly preceded by +/-. Will go ahead with this by the end of the day unless I hear different.
