Description
Merging two atom blobs
a3 = a1.merge(a2)
always seems to give just the atoms of a1.
One way to test this is
open pdb:1a0m
~display #1
display /A|/B
Only chain A gets displayed. I've put print statements in Python in a new buriedarea command that show the a1.merge(a2) is just giving the atoms from a1. Puzzled.
