Hi Yubing,

For some reason ChimeraX cannot write this file: C:\Users\Yubing's home\AppData\Local\UCSF\ChimeraX\ModelPanel-1. Perhaps you ran ChimeraX as a privileged user before (thereby creating/rewriting that file) and now don't have the permissions to overwrite it? That's just a guess. At any rate, try removing that file and see if that fixes the model panel.
