ChimeraX does not support Windows 7, only Windows 10 as shown on the download page.

Others have reported this OpenGL graphics error on startup on Windows 7. That looks like a graphics driver bug that might be fixed by a newer graphics driver. But it might be some other incompatibility with Windows 7.
