Description

I guess the summary says it all. It's initially displayed as spheres. I see several missing segments, maybe they are contributing to the problem.

Fixed in 2b58710.

The last fragment in chain D are residues 242 and 243, with 242 missing its alpha carbon. Ribbon code assumed that there are at least two residues with good spline coordinates and indexed off the end of an array.
