Description
Hello, I am learning how to color by conservation and I am using the tutorial here: https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/data/conservation-coloring/conservation-coloring.html In that guide, after opening 121P , hiding solvent, and ball-sticking the ligand, I then downloaded the alignment from within ChimerX using: open https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/data/conservation-coloring/121p-consurf.aln That worked OK. Then, the command : color byattr seq_conservation fails : “No known/registered attribute seq_conservation” I understand this feature was recently implemented in ChimeraX and I don’t know if it’s a known problem. Is there a work-around? Sean —————————————————————————————— Sean D. Thanks Eric. The version is 0.91, that’s probably the issue! I’ll update and check again later today. Regards, Sean
