One limitation is that your OpenGL graphics driver limits the maximum render buffer size. Recent Nvidia drivers for GTX 10x0, RTX 20x0, 30x0 series allow 32768 maximum size. But your laptop driver may be older and only handle maximum size 16384. Because ChimeraX does not render an image in tiles it cannot make an image larger than that. The supersample 9 setting is not useful. It will cause 81 times (= 9 x 9) times more rendering to be done but I believe you will not notice any improvement beyond supersample 3. Also a 25000 by 30000 image is 750 Mpixels that will take 3 Gbytes of graphics memory for a single image. It probably needs twice that to render or 6 Gbytes. The Nvidia GTX 1060 MaxQ you have either has 3 GB or 6 GB of memory and will not be sufficient to render that size image.
You either need to reduce your image size or use a computer with better graphics.
