multiple columns of options

Description

Currently a set options is constrained to be in a single column. Allow them to be laid out in multiple columns to conserve space in interfaces, such as the Clashes interface where "Write to:" Log/File could be on a single line, and the boolean restriction options in the first section of the interface could be in two columns.

Changed the suggested parts of the Clashes interface to use multiple columns. Also changed the analogous "Write to:" section of the H-Bonds interface.

If you come across other option GUIs that could benefit from multiple columns (but not suggest you go actively look), shoot me an email.
