"help URL" doesn't work with https URL

Description

if the URL is https, there is a file not found message, e.g.

help https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/vr.html
Help file not found: '/https:/www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/vr.html'

file as desired, maybe not important, just thought I should report it!
