Description
Make toolshed commands to update bundles work properly.
Shorten bundle names on toolshed website.
Use "update" instead of "install" for installed bundles.

The toolshed commands ("toolshed install", "toolshed uninstall") now work. Commands that deal with active tools have been disabled since they are not really related to the toolshed.
Web site now hides the "ChimeraX-" prefix in the display. The full name is still used internally.
Still need to change "Install" to "Update" for installed bundles.
