RDkit dependency

Description
Some pretty big news I just discovered: since March this year, RDKit is now available on PyPI (for all three OSes). Previously only available on Conda. It has a whole lot of functionality for working with small molecules that would be super useful (robust molecule similarity/substructure matching, chirality detection, SMILES I/O, 2D drawing generation, conformer generation, etc. etc.). Any objections to my adding it as a dependency for ISOLDE? More generally, it might be sensible to add it as a standard ChimeraX component?

I don't see why there would be an issue making it an ISOLDE dependency.

Is the documentation here: ​https://pypi.org/project/rdkit-pypi/ simply incorrect? That documentation implies no Windows wheel.

If RDkit is available for all three platforms without compiling, it would certainly add a bunch of powerful capabilities (that would take some work to expose of course).

Yeah - looks like that's out of date. If you look at the actual download files (https://pypi.org/project/rdkit-pypi/#files) the Windows build is there too.
