Crashed on startup in this line

profile = QWebEngineProfile(parent)

Seems like a Qt window toolkit bug.

Please look in the Windows Event Viewer for more information about this and send it to us. But first, temporarily switch your computer to use English as it's language, so I'll be able to read what you find. The language setting is in Settings / Time & Language / Language / Windows display language. The event viewer is found by typing "event" in to the Windows Start search bar. Thanks.

There are a few Qt bug reports about the QWebEngineProfile constructor crashing on Windows. For example

which was reported for Qt 5.12, has priority 1, and has not been resolved.
