"key" command does not show color key if Color Key graphical interface is not showing one

e.g. if a click in the window was too short to draw a viable key it is not drawn by the mouse mode "Adjust" option in the Color Key tool. However, IMO even if the tool is not showing a key, the "key" command should then be able to regenerate it.

E.g. I was trying to go thru my revised tutorial and the "key" command didn't show anything.
