RFE: if "typed only" pref is off, command history should list individual commands from executing a cxc file

Description
The reason is that when I open a cxc file I would like to be able to get back to the individual commands within it using Ctrl-p and Ctrl-n.

Okay, cxc file commands appear in history if "typed only" is false. The actual open command itself might appear twice -- I didn't put a ton of effort in. :-)
