Contact graph hide/show chains ignores ribbons

Description

Clicking on a contact graph chain node is supposed to hide the other chains but it does not hide their ribbon display, only their atoms.

Other contact graph and residue plot menu entries that change the structure display also work poorly when ribbons are shown, failing to hide the ribbons.

Test system 4hhb.

All the chains in this example start with the same color making the contact graph node colorings useless.

Fixed.

I made interfaces plot remember which atoms and ribbons are shown when it is hiding chains so when they are later displayed it shows the same styles.
