RFE: command to list missing and partially missing residues

Description
Would be nice to have a command to list the missing residues and partial residues in a structure. Missing residues would have to be by comparison to SEQRES, I guess, and partial residues could just be the same set as specified by template-mismatch.
One could also think about listing the missing atoms of partial residues but that might get long.
The command could also be run from a link that is automatically shown in the Log if there are missing or partial residues, e.g. something like
Missing and/or partial residues detected; <details>
with the latter being a link that runs the command.
